As each of our items are Made To Order, we unfortunately don’t offer returns and exchanges on unwanted items. If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at hello@yeboahbelieveit.co.uk!
Refund Policy:
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at hello@yeboahbelieveit.co.uk with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll be happy to assist you in sorting out the issue.
Can I Exchange An Item For A Different Size/Colour?
At this time, we unfortunately don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts on individual product pages—we have one in our descriptions for every item listed on our store!
Damaged or Defective Items:
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at hello@yeboahbelieveit.co.uk within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll either send you a replacement at no extra charge, or issue a refund!
